Florida Couple Files Asbestos-Related Lawsuit

"Ernest and Shirley Beese filed a lawsuit against 78 defendant corporations on October 1, 2008 claiming that Ernest Beese’s asbestos-related lung disease was wrongfully caused. The couple feels that the result of Beese’s exposure to the dangerous toxic chemical should have been foreseeable by the companies that he worked for.
