Massachusetts Man Charged After Clean Air Act Violations

"A Pittsfield, Massachusetts man has recently plead guilty to neglecting to follow proper procedures while handling and removing dangerous asbestos-containing materials. According to reports, Gerald Ely admitted to removing asbestos from an apartment building illegally after an investigation.
