Pennsylvania AG investigates dumping at Essoc Cement

"After a representative of Essroc Cement Corp. discovered 22 tons of demolition waste at the company’s plant in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and reported the dumping to police, the Pennsylvania AG got interested.
