U. Minnesota agrees to asbestos penalties

"The University of Minnesota will pay $60,000 for asbestos violations. The University left torn-out asbestos in a student movie theater after a boiler was dismantled. The violations reportedly put more than 13,000 people visiting the theater last summer at risk for asbestos exposure. Elsewhere on University property, asbestos wall panels were found " (2009-3-13)
