Jury finds Plattsburgh, New York man guilty of falsifying asbestos abatement reports

"Mark Desnoyers is the owner of a Plattsburgh, New York air monitoring company that was relied upon by area homeowners and commercial establishments to monitor air samples after asbestos removal companies had completed asbestos abatement projects.
