Two South Korean families sue Japanese firm for mesothelioma deaths

"The families of two South Korean residents who lived near a Japanese asbestos manufacturing company have sued for damages arising out of the residents’ deaths from mesothelioma. The suit is the first filed in South Korea by residents living near an asbestos factory. Local environmental organizations have also banded together with former residents " (2008-11-21)
